To finish a 5K in under 20 mins Long-Term Running Goals: Run Boston, New York, London and just stay running Personal: I have a wonderful wife and my pride and joy of a year. I know that running marathons are hard, but you should see the hard work that my wife does to keeps our baby healthy. |

My garmin was low in battery, but I thought that it was going to be enough to complete my workout. However, it did not. A little bit before mile 2 it turned off. Therefore, I was just trying to run normal and enjoy my workout. |

| | Ran 6 miles after work. It was around 90 degrees. Very hot. I ran the first 5 miles at around 8:30 pace, because it was so hot. Then the last mile I tried to push and finished it in 7:23 pace. |
