Ran my second marathon. I was going for 3:50, but somewhere around mile 18 I started to slow down. My legs started to get really tired. Then around mile 26 I got a cramp in my left hamstring. I had to stop completely for about 5 minutes. My finished time was 4:20. I need to find something to help me with the soreness while I am running, and also to help me avoid cramps during my marathons. |
